BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe (BNEE) announced today the acquisition of a minority stake in the German development studio Limbic Entertainmentvalid from 30 December 2020.
The news follows that of the acquisition of Reflector Entertainment in September 2020.
BNEE has also appointed Aurore Briere Deputy COO of BNEE starting January 1, 2021. In his new role, he will manage all back office functions related to departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Operations, IT and Legal Affairs, also focusing on integration company and studio. Aurore will report directly to Arnaud Muller, COO of BNEE.
BNEE acquires a minority stake in Limbic Entertainment
In order to achieve one of its main priorities, which is to create and own more IPs, BNEE announced that it has acquired a minority stake in the German developer Limbic Entertainment.
The studio, made up of more than 80 employees, will leverage its enormous experience from working on titles such as Tropico 6, Memories of Mars and the Heroes of Might & Magic series to develop two new franchises for BNEE.

Aurore Briere appointed as the new Deputy COO
Aurore Briere began her career as an external auditor at KPMG France, joining BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe in 2010 as head of accounting and corporate consolidation. Her responsibilities to her and her scopes have been progressively expanded over the years and recently she has been responsible for all financial control matters, as CFO of BNEE since 2019.
