The developers of COD Vanguard have made numerous changes to the playlists in the Beta, as well as confirming the issues that I am aware of, including the audio.
The new playlist update made some changes to the playlist selection in Call of Duty: Vanguard, as the developers continue to refine the beta with user feedback.
The update in particular added Blitz – Team Deathmatch as a separate playlist in the selection, and it was increased the level cap of the Beta.
Here is the list of Vanguard Beta updates for 9/11.

Changes to the playlist
Sledgehammer Games has also made changes to the offers in the Quick Play filter, based on the feedback and reactions to the spawn system.
Hotel Royal has been removed from Patrol as developers investigate spawn issues.
In response to player feedback we:
✖️ Removed Team Deathmatch and Kill Confirmed with Tactical Combat Pacing from Quick Play
✖️ Removed Hotel Royal from Patrol while we investigate spawns

Problems with audio and visibility in maps
The team also confirmed that they have heard feedback regarding visibility issues on some maps, as well as audio inconsistency in the game.
The study confirms that they intend to address the issues with an update arriving later this week, ahead of the second Beta weekend. It is unclear if any changes or fixes will still be part of Beta Weekend 2 or if they will arrive for launch.
The Call of Duty: Vanguard beta is currently only available on PlayStation platforms for those who pre-order the game.
We’re aware there is a significant amount of discussion around player visibility and audio mixing. Stay tuned as we will address some of our planned updates later this week.
