Among the most anticipated in the house Ubisoftbecause of this E3 2021there is Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake. Pardon, there was. Because it is a few minutes ago the official confirmation from the developers that the game will completely skip the American fair.
Although the complete list of trophies for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake was leaked in March, suggesting a launch of the game in the spring, we have not had any official news on the project since February, when Ubisoft announced any for the the second time the postponement.
This time, unlike the first postponement, the French company did not unbutton: the exit window was and still remains indefinite today.

If you too were waiting for E3 2021 and the Ubisoft Forward event to see the game in action, away from the screens for almost a year, we have bad news.
Through a note released on Twitter, the developers have indeed announced that Prince of Persia Remake will not be present at E3 2021despite the works are progressing and the launch window remains fixed to a generic 2022.
As you may have read, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will not be in Ubisoft Forward. We are making great progress on our game ahead of launch next year, but we are not ready to share any new information yet.

The absence of Prince of Persia throws a further veil of uncertainty on the project, whose development, according to various insiders, basically restarted from scratch a few months ago under the guidance of a different and more experienced team than Ubisoft India. Ubisoft has not yet expressed itself about these rumors.
