ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knightsthe dark fantasy metroidvania published by Binary Haze Interactive, arrives on PlayStation 5 today via backward compatibility with the PlayStation 4 version.

Live Wire developers, Adglobe Tokyo and Adglobe Montreal Studio have managed to bring to life a unique world, entirely hand-drawn and with breathtaking settings. The PlayStation version contains the eight regions and the entire story developed since the game’s release from the early access program on PC, bringing Lily’s story to a close and allowing players to fully explore the world of Ender Lilies.

As a cursed rain hits Finis, turning its inhabitants into horrifying undead monsters, Priestess Lily awakens inside the kingdom’s cathedral. Accompanied by the spirit of a knight, Lily must travel through abandoned villages, dark forests and other places unknown to her to discover the truth behind this tragedy and save her homeland.

With the help of her guardian, Lily will face old friends transformed into undead and purify their tormented souls to free them and add them to her team. She experiments with different combinations of souls to create the perfect team for any situation and uses skills ranging from powerful physical attacks to devastating elemental cascades to destroy your enemies and accompany Lily on her journey.

Ender Lilies includes a spooky soundtrack composed by Mili, already known for the music of Ghost in the Shell and Goblin Slayer as well as for the games Cytus and Deemo, which complements the atmosphere and makes the game an extraordinary experience.

“Every part of ENDER LILIES, from the fantastic tracks composed by Mili to the hand-drawn environments and the fast-paced combat system, helps to create a product that far exceeds the sum of its parts” said Hiroyuki Kobayashi, CEO of Binary Haze Interactive. “We hope that players get carried away by the story and that the game can offer something unique to both longtime fans of the genre and those who are approaching it for the first time.”

ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights is available on PlayStation 5, via backward compatibility with the PlayStation 4 version in English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Italian, Portuguese (Brazil) , and Russian. ENDER LILIES is also available on Nintendo Switch, Steam, Xbox Series X | S, and Xbox One.
