The new edition of the managerial career mode will allow players to deepen the management experience, making some new features available both on and off the track. Building the best possible team and customizing the bike are the keys to success. Being fast on the track is now up to you!
The Personal Manager he guides the staff, helping the drivers to look for new and prestigious contracts with the best teams in the championship. At their side the Chief Engineer work to increase research points, earned weekly or during free practice sessions. Last but not least, the Data Analyst has the task of finding the perfect balance for each development area in which to progress, in order to make all personnel effective and dynamic. These elements have been added with the aim of creating a deeper and more complete career experience. How about starting low with one Junior Team?
Obviously the path will be more difficult, but at the same time more personal. Hiring the right people is always critical to success, starting with Team Manager, who will look for new sponsorships and drivers, up to the Technical director which manages the R&D department for junior motorcycles. Of course, don’t forget to hire a driver, a talented young star to lead the team to the top of the standings.
In both cases the bike is the protagonist in MotoGP ™ 21 and the customization takes a further step towards reality. Assign your staff members to any of the motorcycle development branches and invest your research and development points to improve engine power, aerodynamics, chassis and the most important electronic features, such as traction control, brake , anti wheelie and power mapping. And, of course, also the aesthetic aspect is important, that’s why MotoGP ™ once again features an editor divided into five main categories: helmet, livery, suit, stickers and race number.

We promised a more real experience than ever and the management career is just one of the improvements this year. The gameplay also has some new features to present: the goal is to create an electrifying, strategic and adrenaline-pumping racing simulation.
- Bike recovery sequence. Once dropped, you will no longer automatically regenerate on the track. You will need to get up and get back on the bike as fast as possible. Pay attention to how you take the turns!
- Brake temperature. Driving is not just a question of speed, but also of strategy. Monitoring the brake temperature is the key to always having the situation under control. If they are too hot or too cold they risk losing their effectiveness.
- Long lap penalty. Finally, this feature is also coming to the MotoGP ™ franchise, which means penalties can now be more specific.
- Revised motorcycle suspension system. The level of realism is rising again. This feature is dedicated to all lovers of racing simulation!
