A leak from the PlayStation Store confirms the date and time of the reveal of Call of Duty: Vanguardwhich will take place within Warzone with a new dedicated event!
Call of Duty: Vanguard is the official title of the new game in the famous Activision shooter series, due out by the end of 2021 (this could be the release date, leaked in recent days).
With the arrival of Season 5 of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, the dataminers have found numerous files, images and references to the still unannounced game, but, as you can see below, this event is very close.
After all, as the leaks of last week suggest, the first alpha phase of Vanguard should be held by the end of August, in anticipation of a beta phase, complete with an exclusive PlayStation, for the month of September. Here you will find more details.
Confirming the initial suspicions, namely that the reveal was now imminent, Activision also began in recent days to tease players through some teasers on Warzone and through its social channels, showing some of the game’s settings.
The leak of news today from the PS Store, then, gave the official confirmation: the presentation event of COD 2021 will happen this week.

As reported by CharlieIntelthe PlayStation store, as well as the official app, updated its contents a few minutes ago, leaving the logo of Call of Duty: Vanguard with confirmation of the date of reveal.
To see the official announcement of the game, we will have to wait until Thursday 19 Augustat 7:30 pm Italian time, with a dedicated event within Warzone that will show us the first sequences of the new Sledgehammer Games title.
At the moment we do not know what this event will consist of, however we can assume that it will be a particular in-game reveal along the lines of what happened just a year ago, on the occasion of the presentation of Black Ops Cold War. That day, in fact, a particular limited-time mode was implemented on Warzone, which ended with a run of the players towards the Verdansk stadium and then show the first trailer of the Treyarch game.
