For skateboarding fans, it’s time to get back on the board: the acclaimed Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 is now available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S. The game will also arrive on Nintendo Switch in the course of 2021. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S players will enjoy several updates, including graphics with 120 FPS at 1080P, native 4K at 60 FPS, spatial audio and much more. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will also feature graphics that will allow players to enjoy sharper dynamic shadows, reflections and lens flares, as well as improved character textures and much more.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater was the game in the franchise to reach the fastest million copies sold and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 is a faithful remaster of the first two iconic titles, mixing original levels, pro-skaters, old-school tricks and player’s most loved elements from the 90s and 00s in beautiful new levels.
Players with a digital copy of the game can purchase the Cross-Gen Deluxe Bundle with the new items. The upgrade includes access to the secret skater Ripper (aka Powell-Peralta’s infamous mascot), Create-A-Skater mode gear, and retro skins from Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero and Rodney Mullen. Additionally, Activision will allow players who already own the Digital Deluxe version for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to upgrade for free (except in Japan).
